Graduated in Law from the University of Padua, registered with the Treviso Bar Association.
I work mainly in the field of commercial and employment law. I deal with contracts and business consultancy also in matters of corporate responsibility and protection of personal data.
Extensive experience in the resolution of corporate disputes, debt collection and personnel management (mobbing, collective dismissal, union agreements).
I take care of the obligations required by law 231, assisting companies in reporting the protocols that regulate the company structure and define the process management.
I prepare the 231 organizational model and hold positions as a member of Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01 and Head of personal data protection ex Gdpr. 679/16.
Particular attention to Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
